Content you supply (text, images, logos, and other assets) remains your property and you warrant that such content does not infringe any third‑party IP rights. Ownership or licensing of designs, code, and assets we produce will be defined in the project proposal or agreement.

5. Fees, Payment & Limitation of Liability

Fees, payment terms, and any refund policy are set out in the project proposal or agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of the Services, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.
