For International Clients

A remote-first studio, ready to work with clients anywhere

Everything we build — websites, web apps, design — is delivered digitally. That means location was never really a constraint; it just hasn't come up much yet. Here's what working with us actually looks like.

Why Codwa Studio

What you're actually getting, not just a different time zone

Location is why this page exists — these are the reasons that actually matter once you're deciding.

01

A small, dedicated team — not a queue

There's no large agency layer between you and the people building your site. Your project gets direct, hands-on attention from a small team, start to finish.

02

Built on a modern technical foundation

Every project ships with the same technical fundamentals used on this site itself — fast-loading, mobile-first, and structured for search engines from day one.

03

A written scope before anything starts

You'll know exactly what's included, what it costs, and what happens next — in writing, before the project begins. No verbal-only agreements.

Why remote works

What that actually means in practice

Not promises — these are things you can check right now, on this same site.

01

Bilingual by design

This site itself runs natively in Indonesian and English — you're reading the proof of that right now, not a translated afterthought.

02

Pricing is public

You don't need a call to find out what things cost. Our packages and pricing are published openly, so you can compare before you ever reach out.

03

Flexible communication

Email or WhatsApp, kept in writing so nothing gets lost — we reply to contact form messages within 2–3 business days.

04

Time zone flexibility

We're based in Jakarta (WIB / GMT+7). Because we work async and in writing, the time difference rarely gets in the way — you're never waiting on a call to line up.

Recent work

A project outside Indonesia

We designed and built the website for FT3Flooring, a flooring installation business based in Adelaide, Australia — vinyl, timber, and hybrid flooring for residential and commercial projects.

  • Service-specific pages Vinyl, timber, and hybrid flooring each get their own clear page, instead of one page trying to explain everything at once.
  • A real project gallery Completed residential and commercial jobs are shown as proof, not just claimed in text.
  • One clear next step Every path on the site leads to the same simple action: request a quote.

How We Communicate

Written first, so nothing gets lost

We default to async, written communication — it keeps a clear record on both sides and works across any time zone without anyone needing to stay up late.

01

Email or WhatsApp

Whichever is easier on your side. Every message gets a written reply — not just a call you have to remember afterward.

02

A staging link during the build

You can check progress and leave feedback in writing as the site takes shape, instead of waiting for one big reveal.

03

A reply within 2–3 business days

Even across time zones, you'll always know when to expect a response.

Payment & Contract

How the business side actually works

The parts that don't make it into a portfolio, but matter just as much when you're deciding.

01

A written scope and invoice, always

Every project starts with a clear invoice covering what's included and the payment schedule — nothing agreed on only in conversation.

02

A payment method that works for both sides

We haven't processed an international payment before, so rather than promise a platform we can't yet confirm works, we'll agree together on the simplest option — bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or another route — before the project starts.

How it works

The same process, wherever you are

We don't run a separate track for remote clients — this is how every project at Codwa Studio moves.

01

Discovery & Brief

A written brief — by email or WhatsApp — to understand your business, goals, and what the site or app needs to do.

02

Design & Structure

We map out the structure and design direction, and share it with you for feedback before any build work starts.

03

Build & Launch

Development happens in the open — you can check progress and give feedback along the way, then we launch together.

04

Support & Growth

After launch, we stay reachable for fixes, updates, and the next phase of work when you're ready for it.

FAQ

Questions clients outside Indonesia usually ask

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. Since everything we build is digital, location isn't really a constraint on the work itself — communication stays written and async (email or WhatsApp), so time zones and accents never get in the way.
What time zone are you in, and how do we stay in sync?
We're based in Jakarta, Indonesia (WIB / GMT+7). Since we communicate in writing rather than scheduling calls, the time difference mostly affects how fast a reply comes back — not whether we can work together.
How does payment work for an international client?
Every project starts with a written invoice covering scope and cost. Since we haven't processed an international payment before, we'll agree together on whichever method works best for both sides — bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or another option.
Is pricing different for international clients?
No — the packages and pricing on our pricing page apply to any client, local or international.
Have you built for a business outside Indonesia before?
Yes — FT3Flooring, a flooring installation business in Adelaide, Australia, is a real example. You can see the live result linked above.
